about

I’ve been there

After leaving my comfort zone early and getting educated on three different continents, I emerged into the workforce with a global perspective and full of energy.

But I quickly became disoriented and unsure of my direction.

None of the roles ‘out there’ felt like a real fit. The things I really wanted to do seemed too risky and unclear. I quit my first job after 3 months.

But I didn’t love my second job either.

I had to make a shift

Trying to figure things out, I started reading and pondering everything I could that might shed some light on work, life, fulfillment, and how to build a meaningful career.

Gradually, I embraced a more flexible approach, and it paid off. I began a project with friends, and one thing led to another. I found work with people I admired. I got to travel. I got promoted. I got to:

Where I am now

I feel infinitely better than during my early-career days. I live near nature with my husband, son, and dog.

I have a vision for my future, and enjoy working towards it. I explore my curiosities, and have new insights every day, and I feel secure in my career trajectory, inspite of rapid changes around me.

My approach to work has shifted, and I will never go back.

What helped

It wasn’t the safety of a big corporation, or getting lucky on a meme-coin. It was about becoming aware of how we tend to think about work, and how they lead us astray.

Bit by bit, I changed the way I deal with work, away from rigidity and long term planning, and toward radical flexibility. And with every step came more confidence, and clarity, and meaning.

This course is set up to guide you through the same process, except faster.

You can do the same

The key is to let go of the old approach to career-building, and go about it in a different way. Step by step, you can

  • grow your understanding of yourself

  • sharpen your sense of the world

  • develop a meaningful vision for your future

  • make uncertainty work in your favor

  • build habits to use whatever happens in your favor
